🛒 Customer Policies

  • 1. Accurate Information Required

    Please provide the correct name, address, phone number, and WhatsApp number while placing an order. This helps us confirm and deliver your order smoothly.

  • 2. Order Confirmation

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order. In some cases, a small advance amount may be requested to avoid fake bookings.

  • 3. Delivery Timeline

    Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. Delays due to location, weather, or courier service are possible.

  • 4. Return & Exchange

    Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, with photos/video as proof. Change of mind is not eligible for return or refund.

  • 5. Payment Policy

    We accept Cash on Delivery. No bank or card details are required. Any advance payments are made only via trusted mobile wallets or bank transfers on request.

🛍️ Vendor Rules

  • 1. Product Accuracy

    Vendors must provide clear, honest, and complete product details (name, price, description, images, etc.).

  • 2. Quality Commitment

    Only high-quality and genuine products should be submitted. Fake or misleading listings will be removed.

  • 3. Delivery Responsibility

    Once a customer places an order, vendors are responsible for timely delivery and proper packaging.

  • 4. Communication

    Vendors must stay responsive on WhatsApp or email to receive and fulfill orders promptly.

  • 5. Policy Violation

    Vendors who break our terms, deliver fake products, or cause repeated customer complaints may be permanently removed from the platform.

⚠ Misuse & Fraud

Any misuse of the platform, including placing fake orders, uploading false product details, or using abusive language, may result in account suspension or legal action.
