Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.

- Gift cards
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized orders
Return Process

- Pack the item with the buying receipt.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? Contact us to arrange an exchange (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right at no additional cost to you.
